South Burlington High School (SBHS), is a four-year-high school near Lake Champlain, in the suburbs of Burlington, Vermont. The school offers accelerated and honors program for students from a student body that includes 18 percent minority students and 15 percent economically disadvantaged students.
The curriculum at SBHS is an innovative, project-based, hands-on learning program. The school’s Career Development Center (CDC) provides students with the opportunity to engage in shadowing, mentoring, internships, peer-tutoring, and volunteer experiences.
SBHS has an active student exchange program that offers students the opportunity to study in a wide variety of countries.
